Our Return Policy

At GreenBinary, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

Include your order number or receipt with your return.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Log in to your account and go to "My Orders". Select the order containing the item you wish to return and click "Return Item".

Choose your reason for return and provide any additional details that will help us improve.

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label. If you prefer, we can email it to you.

Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Attach the return label to the outside of the package.

Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

After approval, refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
